The proposal, ÂEvaluation of the potential of biomass energy utilization as a substitute for fossil fuels and for the production of electricity incorporated the bifurcated administration of the monitoring systems and databases in use, impact of the peso devaluation on Argentine society, the governmentÂs anti-poverty and job creation programs, issues of sustainable harvesting and poaching, and available infrastructure for transport and processing.
